Many thanks for that msi file. The earlier installation files were a hard fail, but this was a painless install.

A note on the original mention of .7z 7-Zip, I just downloaded a different .7z file and Win11 File Explorer now can natively extract just as it did with .zip files, haven't tried the .rar yet.

First of all, it requires the installation of Windows DVD Player,
then it seems to just piggyback itself off of Windows Media Player...

It also crashes a hell of a lot! 🤷‍♂️

I don't know which version you installed, but latest version for Windows 8.1 (modified to install on Windows 10/11) doesn't crash. See my older posts for download link.

I try the install and it doesn't recognize my win 11 "64bits".
