Utility to Change Screen resolution?

I there a utility to change screen resolution ideally from a command prompt? I have Microsoft Money working in Windows 11 but it only displays properly using the default 100% scaling factor on my 2560x1440 pixel monitor. I want to run a batch file to change the screen resolution to say 1920x1080, run MS Money then return to the standard 2560x1440 resolution on exiting Money.

The only way I know to change the resolution is to:

Click on Start, System Settings will show up. Click on Display. Display Resolution is right beneath Scale. Windows will have the resolution set to what it recommends.

Click on the down arrow and choose the resolution you want. I would choose the next lowest and go from there, checking to see if Money behaves correctly.

You probably already know this, but the higher the resolution, the smaller the font, and the lower the resolution, the larger the font.

Surely from this, you can create a small batch file to change back and forth.

There is also a freeware developer I have used for years who has utilities for system, sound, screen and disk among others. A general command line tool great for use in batch files is nircmd. In this case the setdisplay feature may be relevant. There is also a nirlauncher app that has dozens of utilities that are gui based for those who are not comfortable with the console. The utilities seem to be updated quite frequently, So rather that tracking what is new I look for a new release of nirlauncher. Soon after updating a few of the included utilities he repackages the zip.

The main reason why I moved from QRes to ChangeScreenResolution (about two years ago) was when QRes made my Intel Iris Xe Graphics garble my screen so badly that I had to hold the power button down for 6 seconds to force a hard reset so I have deleted QRes from my SSD.
