Win10/11 Triple Boot Insider Release Preview and Beta channels
I'm not sure, but I think I read somewhere that while downloading any UUPDump file that it's recommended to disable Defender protection as it interrupts with the downloading process and slows it down. Is this true?

Real-time protection tends to get involved when running the UUP dump script.
1. You're running as Admin
2. You're downloading a ton of files in a short time period.
3. You're copying a ton of files around before making larger and larger collections of files.
4. You're making a single 4.5 GB ISO file in the end. And maybe compressing it to ESD format.

So yeah, your AV tends to slow down that process unless you've excluded the UUP dump working folders.

You can all tattletale to anyone. It's OK by me. I'm the only one interested in this case. So just telling me is just hunky dory. Shout it to the world.🌎

What I'm going to do is before starting the download, add the folder to Defender's exclusion list so I don't have the rest of my PC without protection.
