Virus Detected

Hi,

Dell 3040 SFF: W11.

I have tried to download Medicat USB, but as the download approaches the 'Save' window, a 'Virus detected' flashes up to the top of the screen.

This is because of Window's Defender's AntiVirus 'Group Policy', although I disable RTP & Anti Tamper.

Please advise how I can effectively disable and Re-enable after downloading Medicat.
