Virus protection history shows some trojans. But i could not see the action button to remove

Hi, in the latest scan results , it shows that it has quarantined a file for trojan presence and list it in the virus protection, quarantined history. I could not see the actions menu to view to remove the items , that is shown as quarantined. In avast, i could just go to the quarantined items and then either restore or remove the threats permanently. This option is missing in windows security , windows defender settings. Quarantined means that it has been imprisoned and would do no harm. ok. But should not be there a provision to manually , physically see the items in quarantined folder and then delete it if i one do not want or restore, if the item is known to be a false positive.
would some one guide me. I see ,severe trojan listed , but i could not see it to remove . But action menu appears for PUP only.

Hi, but quarantined items are shown. But no action menu is present to take further action. I could see the threat shown as reference and no action menu

the down arrow, then actions

Down arrow lists quaramtined items. But threat is shown as referenced path and there is no action menu. Am i missing something
