[W11 22H2] KB5021751 fails with Install error - 0x80070643

Yesterday I got a new update, KB5021751 (January 17, 2023, update for Office 2013, Office 2010, and Office 2007 (KB5021751)) and it fails to install with error 0x80070643. When I click retry it fails again and when I reboot and retry it fails again.




Is this update installing correctly for you or is is failing for everyone?

I just did a Windows Update check from within Settings on my Win10 with Office 2013 and it took longer to find the update than to download and install but no issue with it. It's not available yet for my Office 2007 on Win11. I did see a strange anomaly on Win11, several updates for Office 2010 are listed in History which is not installed. Word and Excel 2007 work fine.

Going to Install Office updates - Microsoft Support shows updates are no longer available for Office 2010 and 2007.

I got Office 2003 with the Office 2007 compatibility pack installed. So perhaps this update is not meant for me.

Question remains why Windows Update offers it to me.
