Since a few days i get the following, as shown in the picture, when moving or copying a file with the right or left mouse button (see picture on the left):

This is not normal behaviour. Then sometimes after i restart the PC, it goes like it should. (see picture on the right) Somebody else has this? What could be wrong?

I use dark mode and I do not have that issue , I doubt the light or dark mode would matter.

MS patched a few less than stellar updates... we're on 26200.8117 now. (Non-Insider)

I did, it repaired some mishaps, but did not solve it.
