as far as i am aware none at this present time
it all seems to be outlay and investment with no or very little return
im just wondering how long they can keep the outlay going before the bubble bursts.

Kind of like a vendor selling coffee but he keeps on adding more water to the machine with very little coffee. As long as people keep buying the stuff he's making record profits but the coffee has no kick. Back in my day we called that inflation. No matter how you slice it or dice it this is price fixing and it's a huge scam. They'll be selling us all a trip to Mars soon.

It may be a slow leak, not a burst. But things happen slowly until they happen all at once.

One trigger could be interest rates and inflation. What if the Federal Reserve raises interest .25% or .50% or even 1.00%
