Valve says there's no end in sight to the memory crisis
Memory chip boss admits RAM prices are 'abnormally high'
So much for the bubble mockers. Indubitably there will be some new scheme that will eventually cause RAM prices to crash. Not sure I'll live long enough to see the day but who knows? By that time DRAM will be headed toward obsolete status so it won't matter anyway. The sky surely isn't falling because RAM prices are still sky high. What is falling are jobs as AI continues to eliminate employment positions at the rate of thousands a day. What is falling is peoples confidence and trust in big tech. What is falling is peoples autonomy, individual propitiatory rights, and liberty. The golden age is gone. Corporatism has replaced capitalism and free enterprise is dying.

- Gave Dell touch screen with Windows 11 to daughter and got me an OTVOC. Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
