Looks to me that you have VRAM corruptions. Is your GPU overheating or just overclocked??

Start by checking your CPU and GPU temps during gaming. Too high and you get thermal throttling. You can remedy this by lifting the back of the computer slightly so there's more airflow. Also ensure there's no dust in the air vents. Proper and regular cleaning will help also. And as a third option get a laptop cooling pad.

I regularly keep the laptop clean and the temperatures are fine i don't feel heat more likely cool It's LOQ15arp9 laptop lenovo model , also one more thing that i experience is also getting kicked from the servers so it could be an internet issue. Also should i use Throttlestop to adjust gpu?

Is this the one with 24GB RAM (2 X 12GB)?

Also did this issue start suddenly? We have an Intel version of this LOC computer at home. Good device by the way. Experienced lag too, but it was caused by 3 things.
1. Indexing service was running
2. Discord gaming overlay caused some havoc with GPU rendering
3. Too little RAM (ours had only a single 12GB module)

In Counter Strike 2 (or CS:GO) play in local mode (training with bot) without an internet connection. You will know if it is the internet connection that is lagging.

Visually it looks like you are trying to use model/scenery textures that are too high in quality and exceed your VRAM, that I guess would be 8 GB, lag maybe a consequence of that as well.

So go to your game settings and look to Graphics/Video > Advanced settings > Model/texture detail.
Change that to a lower setting(lower VRAM usage) they might display an indicator, if so, make sure that is maybe around the 4 GB mark/half.

Restart game, log the result that simply means writing a simple text file so you don't forget what test/game you did and the result.

It is easier if you do the adjustment experiments with an offline game, fewer variables.

Other settings may have an effect - Lower shadow quality/detail, Shader detail, possibly other settings.

I regularly keep the laptop clean and the temperatures are fine

But what are the temperatures, and under what conditions/load ?

Good point @Helmut

There was a few games that was playing at VRAM limits on our laptop. About 7.8GB of 8. Was also causing lag and slowdowns or simply just overall bad framerates.

It's the 16gb ram one, it's a good device absolutely so i actually did a clean re installation of windows 11 the problem still persisted in CS GO it became less but still there but some how in GTA V it's not there so i assume this is probably an internet thing

I've done that in CS GO lowered the textures it still persisted i think this got to be an internet issue so i reinstalled win 11, also in GTA V i am using high settings but the problem isn't there so i can't really tell. And as for temperatures i'd say between 60-70 nothing higher than that

Just out of curiosity, and not a long term solution. Limit FPS to 60 or 120 fps in CS:GO and see if the issue persist. As long as the FPS is something that the computer can handle with ease in all scenarios, it's a good test. Either use Steam, XBOX or nVidia FPS counter with overlay enabled. Only one at a time though.
