I would uninstall chrome then reinstall it at this point. If it still doesn't fix the issue, you may have your Gmail account comprimized. Make sure you are not using a VPN or chrome extensions

I've also tried turning off the Win Defender and Kaspersky firewalls, still will not download pages.

Already uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, ( a few times), removed all Chrome extensions, not using VPN.

I can't log in under Chrome, but I have just changed my password using Edge
