What different cross platform backup software is out there?? (This thread can be useful for others in the future)

Hi 11F Folks.

A lot of people run several laptop/desktop systems.. Windows, MacOS and Linux.
Some use different software for different systems.. But it is kind of nice (lazy) to only have one to keep track on.

I have not run in to any thread that bring this up, so i thought it might be a good idea..
If i have missed that it is a tread like this, i can remove this one.


So as the topic say...... What different cross platform backup software is out there??

Disk cloning..
I will start with that i use CloneZilla Clonezilla - About
This one is for disk to disk, or disk to image cloning and is open source and free.
This one runs from a live USB and can handle a ton of filesystems.. Windows, Mac, Linux etc.
Downside is you cant clone a encrypted drive, so you either have to decrypt the drive before cloning.. or you have to do a sector by sector cloning.. if you do it disk to disk.. then its okay.. But if you do it disk to image, then the image will become exactly as big as the disk you cloning.
The look of the UI looks like something the cat dragged in from the 80's.. But its a good cloning software that also can be used for data rescue on a failing disk.

File backup/syncing..
Here i use FreeFileSync FreeFileSync
This one is open source and free.. This one works to Windows, MacOS and Linux.



So to you all.. What more cross platform backup software is out there that you know of or using?
Open source or not... Free or not... but cross platform.

All suggestions will be added here in the first post, so new users dont have to go thru several pages.
And if i die before 11Forum and it's software dies, then Brink can edit the post.
