Ah, I'll have to look into that. It seems odd to me that "if" Microsoft ever removed Forza Motorsport from Game pass that I would lose the core game, but still own the DLC content. But I guess that I could then just buy the base game.

Its been the case for years man, I might actually do the same thing now that ive read up, Im tight for money atm so would allow me the ultimate edition for £38 and 5 days early access, I will probably buy the standard edition then at somepoint. Cdkeys have the ultimate ed on pc for 65 atm.

yeah, I'm not a hardcore gamer. Even though I usually have purchased the other forza games outright, I never buy the deluxe or premium versions. I find there is always a mountain more stuff available that I never get around to doing just on the standard versions, I don't need extra missions, cars, drivers, liveries, etc.

I'll be playing Forza on my Xbox Series X rather than my PC. Reason being, my Xbox is 4k to a 75" TV with home theater. My PC is a 1440p monitor with a headset.

This. I did this with Starfield, and a few other games.

And with an XBox Game Pass Ultimate you also get 10% off that upgrade price, again, as I did with Starfield.

My post was saying I was going to start from chapter the end of chapter 2, but given I has to redo my perks and not remembering what I built up, I'm just going to start over with a new character as well.

Also, by them re-doing the perks system that also hosed my gear and Cyberware. Honestly that move pretty much forces a new game.

That makes me feel a little better about just arbitrarily deciding to start all over myself. But in all honesty, I love this game so much it was almost a given that I would when I pre-purchased Phantom Liberty a while back.

I didnt have my save from my first playthrough sadly so im having to start from where it lets you start phantom liberty , Still on starfield and some other things to play so it will have to wait!

As am I - I started a completely from scratch V. This is, what, number 8 now? lol....

I'm putting in more time to Starfield, as it seemed a lot easier even on very hard at first but things have escalated quickly. But I'm still throwing in an hour or so a day, most days, into the new V, to get to the point where I can start playing the new parts. I'm also waiting until an appropriate time in my char dev instead of just going straight into Phantom Liberty, so it'll be a while before I get to it.

The Division 2 just got an update today and a new Manhunt campaign.

Also added to the Manhunt menu is a quick way to access all the "Legacy" (previous) manhunts. In the "Manhunt" menu, press the "F" key to bring up all the Legacy Manhunts for replay. You won't get the entire Manhunt campaign, just the main boss campaigns. Great for those who missed out on key loot or skill items gained by killing those bosses.

There's also a new Manhunt campaign called The Recruiter ...

Interesting. I ran WU and Forza Motorsport started pre-loading.

They want $99.99 for the Premium version of the game to own it outright.

But since the base game is a part of Game Pass, once again, I can get the Premium edition for the difference (and with a 10% discount):

Think I'm gonna go ahead and get this as well. Let's see when I can start playing (currently says available in about 23 hours).

EDIT: added the following:

After purchase, the time left before I can play dropped by 4 hours. Now it matches the time left showing for the full Premium edition.

Im ready to roll too! If you dont wanna pay the full whack have a look on cdkeys, they have it a good bit cheaper. But the way youre doing it is gonna be the new way i believe. Mine says available at 00.00 yet its 12.31 here just now and it says 12 and a half hours til release. Lol

there hasn't been a real forza game since motorsport 7, horizon are spin off arcade like games. Its more track/sim orientated, simcade i would say. Been playin a few hours now, seems pretty good
