Windows 10 has not had an analogue clock. It has always been digital. You might have had some additional utility that generated an analogue clock, I suppose, but it was not part of Windows 10.

You could add seconds to the Windows 10 Taskbar/SysTray/Notn area clock.
Hide or Show Seconds on Taskbar Clock in Windows 10 - TenForumsTutorials
Perhaps you could search ElevenForum to see if an equivalent procedure exists for Windows 11.

Best of luck,
Denis

Denis, I think that procedure should still work in 11.

No, I'm afraid it does not work in 11. The clock/notification bit of the Taskbar is one of the parts that has been completely rewritten for 11. That registry setting to show seconds in 10 has no effect in 11.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

? Why worry. I didn't see any reference to anyone wanting a seconds display.

The OP wants that. That's one of the reasons why the OP started this thread.

I always enabled the seconds display under Windows 10. Apart from anything else, it provided a reassuring indication that the system was still running and had not hung.

You could always create a shortcut on the desktop for date and time settings,

C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL timedate.cpl,,1
