Windows 11 Home (x64) Version 23H2 (build 22631.4317)
I created a local admin account and deleted my Microsoft Account after activation of Windows 11. What will happen if I re-create the MS account again. Will the computer automatically just use the Microsoft account or can I keep using my local account to log in? Also will my system want me to deal with One Drive all over again. I do not want One Drive in any way.

If you uninstall or disabled OneDrive it has not much to do with user account you login to.

In this video, i will show you how to add a Microsoft account as a user on the PC in Windows 11.

The Microsoft account is independent of whether you use it for your Windows login or not. You can switch back and forth with a local account and a Microsoft account whenever you want. It is just a hassle to do so. In any case you still use the same Microsoft account. It doesn't go away if you use a local account.

One Drive is independent of all this. Even after you disable and uninstall it Windows sometimes tries you to get you to change your mind and bring it back. If it tries that just ignore it.

When you Delete your Microsoft Account from the computer and use a Local Account, the Microsoft Account is not deleted, it is still backed up on Microsoft's servers. If you want to use the Microsoft Store, One Drive or any other Microsoft service, when asked to login to the service, you can just type in your Microsoft Account and Password, you do not need to be logged in to the computer to use your Microsoft Account.
