Sorry i couldn't provide a screenshot because this is not something that you can describe in a photo...

Hello, i am a windows 11 user, everything is latest update. [23H2 - 22631.2861]

I have the weirdest bug ever in my 34 year old lifetime. Whenever i open a strategy game like "Frostpunk, Against the Storm, SteamWorld Build" if i click constantly, i see my desktop items in a blink. It is randomly appearing, making those games unberable and giving me headaches.

What could be the problem? Please help, thank you.

Things i've tried:
* Disable Resize Bar.
* Re-Install graphics card driver
* Reboots..
* Uninstalling every single unneccessary 3rd party programs.

Hi @DoloYeto , welcome to the Forum.

That certainly is an unusual problem. To assist in diagnosing your issue, you could try running a memory test, and also try the game(s) at a lower resolution.

Here is a Forum Tutorial on how to perform a Memory Test:

Are you playing in Windowed mode? If so, don't. Let the game run full screen and see what happens.

Hello, thank you for your kind reply.

Unfortunately turning off GPU Schedueling doesnt help...

I also disabled "HA in Chrome and Microsoft Edge"

I think i need to format my pc...

Everything is on FULLSCREEN mode. Now, it started happening on Diablo IV...
