I've started getting this error 7023 on my new build. Is this one to ignore or needs solving?

It can be caused by corrupted system files, the failure of the Connected Devices Platform, or the Network Connection Broker Service. You could try sfc /scannow*, or opening services.msc, double click on connected devices platform service, expand the dropdown next to startup type, and choose Automatic (delayed). You can do this with network connection broker, too.

I discovers cplspcon is the Intel Content Protection HDCP Service. It shows as stopped under Services and won't start if I manually try to start it. How do I fix this and is it needed? I could disable it in Autoruns.Screenshot 2023-06-23 154311.png
