The taskbar in the latest Win11 Insider build is locked. Does anyone know which registry key controls the locked/unlocked status of the taskbar?
As an aside, I was able to find a registry hack that enables the Win10 style of START MENU. I couldn't stand the Win11 Start Menu. You can find it here:

By creating a new registry entry and adjusting the Windows 11 taskbar settings, you can get the Windows 10 Start menu in Windows 11 and shift the taskbar icons to give you a Windows 10-like experience.
