Yes, 10 aliases each. DuckDuckGo allows you an "unlimited" number, but it probably shouldn't be used for accounts that send very short-term OTPs.

I wouldn't assume what would work for you. I use a password manager to keep track of accounts, and I mark each account with the real email address that is receiving the forwarded emails from the alias used for that account.

Yes, but an alias still allows you to avoid exposing your email address directly to whatever (screens, systems, etc.).
