Glad to see another Paint.net user. Its so simple, yet so powerful and its the first thing I install on my computers after a fresh install. I've also found myself using IcoFX 1.6.4 more often.

Everything scans your system so fast it’s hard to believe, and then finds whatever you’re looking for in a flash. There’s another thread here with more about it, especially the settings menu that many users don’t find.

Not sure what you mean by productive program or app. Did you mean productivity apps and tools?
A Productivity app or tool is something that allows a user to help them stay organised and focused for example.
Examples of producitivity apps are like ToDoist or Miro or RescueTime. I looked into these last year but haven't made a move to using any of them yet.
What most people seem to be suggesting here are utility programs, which is an entirely different category all together.
Or maybe, other people understand your question better than I do?

Microsoft Money 2005 (UK) to manage my finances. Still works fine in Windows 11 and is available for free. I've foud nothing to beat it. It's a shame Microsoft gave up on the product.

Double Commander - when i have work involving with multiple partitions (moving files or simply browsing/using files from multiple partitions). Tho, most seem to use it - as a file manager and replacement for Windows Explorer. Started with Total Commander (long ago) - switched to Free Commander along the years - till i found Double Commander - which proved to be the best option (free too).


Have version 1.20 Alpha - cause it has Dark Theme support (not available yet - in latest stable versions - tho, didn't have any issue with this version either - despite of being labeled Alpha).
