Here are a list of driver updates available in Windows Update that could be installed. But it seems, some of them block the cumulative updates.
Which ones should I install?

I'd try installing the Updates first then check for driver updates.

I suggest you do not allow Windows update to update your drivers.

One by one starting with the oldest is the safest way. The list may well expand with newer updates, but just continue until done.

Really, never experienced that, not that I would know, but all cumulative updates go through.
