It is urgent to change the color of the arrow, which would be perfect if it could match the color of the title bar.

Try rephrasing your question. It doesn't make sense that you want the arrow to match the colour of the title bar (grey) because it would then blend-in and be invisible. The red colour is better. At least you can see the arrow even if you don't like red.
