Why can't I put my desktop into Sleep Mode? Nothing works.

After upgrading from Win 10 Home to Win 11 Home a few weeks ago, it has become impossible to put my PC (AMD Ryzen 7 5800x, ASRock B550 board) into Sleep Mode, which has always worked for me in Win 10.

If I push the Sleep Key on the wired keyboard, the PC tries to sleep and then immediately boots up again.
If I push the Power Off Key on the wired keyboard, the PC tries to sleep and then immediately boots up again.
If I do a quick press on the Power Button on the PC, the PC tries to sleep and then immediately boots up again.
If I click the Start Icon in the system tray, then click Power, then click Sleep, the PC tries to sleep and then immediately boots up again.

The Wake Timers are disabled in Power Options.
Fast Startup is disabled in Power Options.
In Device Manager, all of the Keyboards, Mice, Network adapters, and USB controllers are all UNCHECKED for "Allow this device to wake the computer."

I don't know what else to do to try to fix this.

My laptop also does not go into Sleep when I close the lid. It always did go to sleep, but it stopped doing it a few days ago.

I set it to Hibernate, when closing the lid, and that works.

In Command Prompt or Powershell type:

powercfg lastwake

Device that woke the PC should be listed.

Also look at Human Interface Devices section in device manager.
