The "English International" in Microsoft site to download Windows 11 refers to the UK English language version. The "English US International" in keyboard layout languages means the same QWERTY keyboard layout as US but with additional dead keys to facilitate typing accented characters. Here in Greece we use US for English and other Latin text and Greek layout for Greek. The Greek layout is exactly the same as the US with the Latin characters replaced with the same looking Greek characters (alpha is in A, beta is in B, delta is in D etc). All the other symbols are at the same key as the US layout, very convenient. I didn't like the UK keyboard layout when I was studying in UK because I tried to type @ and I typed " and other annoying differences to the US layout. Thankfully for just typing text and numbers without symbols, it was the same QWERTY as US. French layout is more confusing trying to type A and typing Q and vice versa. German layout is QWERTZ, so you have to remember pressing Z when you wanted to type Y in English or upsilon in Greek and press Y when you wanted a Z in English or zeta in Greek. This was a major issue at a computer store that I worked. We had bought refurbished laptops from a German supplier and our Greek customers were confused by the QWERTZ layout. We had found small stickers with the English and Greek letters and stick to each key so the unfamiliar user would see exactly the key they wanted to use. We had even put a sticker to the CTRL, DEL, INSERT, PAUSE, PG UP, PG DN, keys to translate from the respective German word. For the UK I thought the English International version is needed for activation?
