I've noticed that WIN 11 22H2 22621.2428 doesn't respect the "Restore previous folder window at log-on" setting. Has anyone else noticed this?

This is something I set and use all the time, I’d not ever had this happen with 22H2 22621.2428 or I’d of noticed. I also just tested it with 23H2 22621.2428 and it’s still working.

I don't have it selected, by default, so haven't noticed an issue.
