You don't really need EDGE or OneDrive starting with Windows.
They will start anyway once you're on the Desktop.

Check Device Manager also. Choose: View > Show Hidden Devices ....and look for any warnings.

Generally slow boots are caused by...
1. Startup items
2. Driver issues
3. Or BIOS settings

I just disabled then before restarting a few seconds ago. That didn't make much of a different in boot time

In Programs & Features, make sure you're on the latest chipset driver...
A lot of the weird stuff Microsoft is doing on Windows 11... "needs" the very latest chipset drivers.
And "AMD" always has the very latest version.

Version 6.02.07.2300

Also... the latest BIOS for your motherboard is 4604...

It's also one of the things that Microsoft has assumed you're using.

Also... some motherboards like CSM "enabled".. like mine.

Lastly, I would try temporarily, physically unhooking all drives except the Windows drive and seeing if that makes a difference. Some times a weak or dying drive can affect your boot times.

I also have Sleep and Hibernate completely disabled on my computer.
My Windows drive is only a 2.5" SSD, and I can do a complete restart in 39 seconds.

That's all I can think of. If you can tell us where the boot delay seems to occur, that might help.
Like is it at POST, or at the login screen... etc.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Also... the latest BIOS for your motherboard is 4604...

That made a huge different updating the BIOS from 4202 I think it was to 4604 :-)
one other thing it did say on the boot after updating the BIOS i needed to set sata configuration to raid ? I don't run raid is that due to :

I don't run RAID either. I have NO RAID driver installed. And in the BIOS I'm set to AHCI.

In the BIOS, the SATA mode was set to AHCI before I installed Windows.
I believe there's a way to change it after the install as well.

Here's some links with the How-to...

Update -> I found the issue. It was due to a HDD, apparently, when I took the power to that disk. It booted fast. So I deleted the content on the drive 'what I could see' but Win still told me that it was x TB full. So I formatted the disk. And all went smooth from there. And the event viewer is clean Go figure

Thanks to all! :-)

In Programs & Features, make sure you're on the latest chipset driver...
A lot of the weird stuff Microsoft is doing on Windows 11... "needs" the very latest chipset drivers.
And "AMD" always has the very latest version.

Version 6.02.07.2300
