no matter what I do I cant seem to get win 11 pro to rename or move files i have added a photo that show what im getting

Hello Golab1, and welcome to the forum.

See if you may be able to rename/move it after restarting the computer to clear the in use.

If you still are not able to, then boot into Safe Mode and see if you are able to rename/move it while in Safe Mode.
