WIN Update setting page, totally immobile, cannot interact.

Heeeelp!
Had an issue with OneDrive (taking control of my system; knocking out email etc. :( )
Technician took machine away to fix. Came back, running well apart from Window Update... this part of System Settings is completely immobile... never seen this before:

Typically I pause updates... like to know when they are downloading, check weekly, almost the first thing I did when I got the laptop back from 'repair'... I've rebooted several times in past 48 hours and still no change.

Technician tells me that it will fix itself. I don't see how it can.
Your help please... thanks

If your technician has truly broken windows update and even that doesn't fix it, then right-click on Start (or press WinKey+X), select Terminal (Admin), and run the following two commands.

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth SFC /ScanNow

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro (and all my Hyper-V VMs).

    My SYSTEM FOUR is a 2-in-1 convertible Lenovo Yoga 11e 20DA, Celeron N2930, 8GB RAM, 256GB ssd. Unsupported device: currently running Win10 Pro, plus Win11 Pro RTM and Insider Beta as native boot vhdx.

Ran the WIN Updates troubleshooter and it indicated that there was an issue. Downloaded the other stuff recommended but did not initiate... was following my gut.
Thank you everyone... :) I know where to look in the future. ;-)
Issue solved. Technician had stopped Windows updates whilst working on the OneDrive issue and forgotten to recheck the 'back of house' for the machine to resume WIN updates... simple oversight on his part. Easy done I guess. Thank you.
He actually had done a great job, other than that wee oversight...
