WIN11 BSOD booting up a Game, Randomly on Desktop

Hello everybody,
I´m getting for some time now randomly BSOD´s when starting up a Game. This doesn´t happen all the time but when it happens, I do have to try starting the Game for 3 to 6 Time till it starts up without getting a BSOD. Sometimes (very rare) I do get a BSOD randomly while surfing in the Web.
I just setup my system with a clean install today, in the hope this would fix it. After installing just the most crusial things + installing all drivers + updates, I do still get BSOD´s while starting the game.
So since I could exclude a software/driver issue, there are only two options left in my mind: OC that is instable or the RAM is faulty, since it has the issue that I can´t run XMP on it, eventhough it is XMP 2.0 compatible.
I hope you can help me clear things up more.

The logs are consistent with malfunctioning or incompatible hardware.

CMW16GX4M2D3600C18 was not seen on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL).

For testing purposes see if you can find RAM on the QVL > report computer stability / instability



If the computer is stable with RAM displayed on the QVL then test RAM with Memtest86 (two tests of four passes each).



If the computer is stable with RAM on the QVL and if Memtest86 displays passes for two tests of four passes each then swap test the CPU.
