Please perform the following steps:

1) Run:

2) Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

PowerShell $D=(New-Object -ComObject Wscript.Shell).SpecialFolders(4);Compress-Archive "%WinDir%\MEMORY.DMP" "$D\Memory_dmp"

Post a separate share link with only the compressed memory dump using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

3) Reinstall these drivers from the Lenovo website:

a) Nvidia GPU drivers nvlddmkm.sys
b) Intel chipset drivers iastorac.sys
c) Intel wifi drivers netwtw10.sys

4) After reinstalling the drivers launch the Intel driver and support assistant
Check for any updates and comment into the thread for any driver updates.

5) Perform Windows and Microsoft defender updates

Hi @zbook , thank you so much for the quick reply. I really appreciate your help. I have followed your steps:

I have run the tuneup.bat and here is the log file generated: tuneup.log

And here is the memory dump files generated using the command prompt: memory_dmp.zip

I also downloaded and installed all the 3 drivers you recommended from the Lenovo website.

Then I run the Intel driver and support assistant and updated the Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® driver as it recommended.

As for the Windows and Microsoft defender, I checked virus and threat protection for updates, and it says it's up to date.

Are there any further steps I should perform?

Thanks a lot!

Nice progress.

Tuneup results were all good.
The computer settings are now optimally configured in case there are any future BSOD.

The BSOD crash with the Memory dump was debugged.
There were no new misbehaving drivers seen in the debugging.

Looks good.
Play some video games to stress test the computer.
If there are no hangs, freezes or BSOD then you're set.
