Win11 Logs in automatically sometimes, but other times not?

Hi all,

I am running Win11 22H2 22621.819 on my laptop.

I have noticed that when I get to the login screen when booting that sometimes I am logged in without intervention but at other times it needs my fingerprint.

I have no idea what is going on.

It's been so long since I've been set up with Windows Hello that I cannot even recall my password. I know that I am logged into an MS account.

Go to MS Account site online and say you have forgotten passward. You will be sent a link to reset your password.

Once you have done that, you should be able to reset need to use password with netplwiz etc.
