Jan 2024 Patch Tuesday Update Causing Insufficient Disk Space Errors

Apparently some people are getting errors with the Jan updates. The exact error is 0x80070643 = CBS_E_INSUFFICIENT_DISK_SPACE. To resolve the issue, increase the size of the Recovery Environment partition by 250 MB. Instructions can be found at the link below...

Lots of posts about the issue in the Windows 10 forums, I haven't had an issue on most of my Windows 10 computers but did need to change the partition size on one Notebook. I think the Windows 11 equivalent is KB5034123 but also no issue on my Windows 11 computers. I have both Pro and Home editions.

Didn't see the same issue on my Win11 but it didn't get that same update, equivalent was probably KB5034123 of the same date. I only had one Notebook with Win10 that couldn't get KB5034441 but it didn't have the same partition on the drive as the others and as had been mentioned it probably could be ignored.
