if you WANT to upgrade to 24h2, and its not showing and no errors, try manual upgrade now and see if it still throws that error

True, so just run the setup.exe and see if it still errors?

lol. you should just reimage with a 24h2 iso. you could always use a different hdd to make sure you get everything set up the same as your current.. or partition your current and install 24h2 on a new partition and get it fully configured before deleting the old partition and reclaiming that space

Hello, I Have been trying to install this update for about a week and a half and em getting this error (Screenshot attached)

Any help would be great
Thanks

@LurkingCrayon I think this method may work well for you. I've personally used this method to update 4 Windows 11 Pro PCs from 23H2 up to 24H2 without fail.

Whether your system is supported or not, this method should work very well. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes.

You will NOT need a USB drive.
Carefully follow the directions in the video, and all will go perfectly.

I hope this helps you (y)

Upgrade to Windows 11 24H2 from Windows 11 23H2, 22H2 or older on Unsupported Hardware
www.youtube.com/watch?v=mC657pIDyOc

Go here and download the media creation tool. (as mentioned in video)

Create Windows 11 Installation Media

If you want to perform a reinstall or clean install of Windows 11 on a new or used PC, use this option to download the media creation tool to make a bootable USB or DVD.

yeah... you're going to save a LOT of time by just dual installing until you migrate everything over. curious if a fresh install on a second partition will error out.. that will 100% tell you if it's hardware related or not. make sure you burn the iso to usb with rufus before installing though.

Do you have a 3rd party antivirus installed?

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed. This may be interfering with your update.

This link may help.
Only thing I have is Malwarebytes

that shouldnt be stopping it.. i have malwarebytes and had zero issues upgrading. you could try disabling it but i doubt it will change. so you did an inplace upgrade to repair reinstall 23h2 and even that failed?
