Nice one - good if you don't have a current working Windows system !!! otherwise I'd still go for the Winntsetup.exe method particularly if you want to bypass secure boot and / or TPM issues.The issue with Windows 11 and a .vhdx install is not the OS, it's the new version of the installer. You can install to a vhdx only if you switch to the previous version of Setup.

For some reason using previous installer seems to take much longer in creating a large vhdx file than when using winntsetup.exe -- haven't a clue why though. Oh well its "The Wonder and Mystery of Windows". It's not given to "Mere Mortals" to understand how it all works or is supposed to work.
