Solved Windows 11 Hourglass Symbol on part of screen only

Hello,
Just installed Windows 11. There is a small area on my screen with the hourglass symbol. This obstructs use of my cursor in this area. Not a problem elsewhere in screen. Have run antivirus and do not see any processes running in background when I control Alt del.

Need more info, fill in my computer details and version of win 11 it makes it easier for us to help

Run windows update to see if there are any updates for your computer. Even if it is optional one KB5008353 let it install.
