Windows 11 insiders preview - Problem

I have installed Windows 11 insiders preview ARM version as UTM virtual machine in my macbook air with M1 2020. I have updated windows after installation. After update and reboot, settings app is not opening. Explorer, notepad etc works. Any solutions.
Further, I have ethernet connection through software from host os. Is there anyway to control update manually?

You can use attached batch script to reset Settings app.

Thanks. bat file is for windows 10. Will it work in win 11

Yes, it will work on Windows 11.

I tried it from admn powershell prompt. It opened a new empty shell window. and started hanging. Still settings app could not be opened. Frther I had another problem. In notepad when I type something curser never goes to menu bar. It remains in file only.

You can double-click the batch script to execute the batch script.

From Settings --> Apps --> Installed apps you can reset Notepad from its Advanced options.
