I reckon it is pretty darn close to it if not it. MS probably will only fix show-stoppers at this point in time. Too bad, there were a bunch of bugs fixed in dev that didn't get incorporated.

Well Ed... Good luck with the upgrade - this ISO is the first that conked on me from all previous new releases (since I recall when .. prolly Win 8 or so )... just a heads up.

I opted for a clean instillation of .194 and then I went into the insider program, RP, channel. Download from MS went just fine.. instillation went fine.. all is working

Yep clean install is the way to go... Always did it before - thinking (or may I say.. hoping) maybe things improved but this one?... Oh.. the pain! LOL
