OS
Windows 11
I have followed every single step on the internet about Windows 11 constantly rebooting and it still doing it. I wanted to revert back to Windows 10 (as it was an upgrade from Windows 10) and I am no longer able to do it. I don't want to lose my data as it was years' worth of collecting, documents, pictures, games, applications, saved work, you name it.

I am stuck now. System Restore point only have for yesterday where I attempted to remove and install GPU drivers. It just keeps on rebooting. I have did scan, I have checked for memory, I have checked for CPU over heating..just so you know that this is a brand new computer only five month old maximum, it have a water cooling for CPU cooling and it is not overclocked at all.

This is my computer spec:

Check the Event Viewer and check and see if there is blue screen memory dump files in C:\Windows\MiniDump folder.

Here's why Kernel Power Error 41 happens and how to fix it.

After 3-4 failed attempts to start Windows (just press the reset button or turn off/on) you should see "Please wait..." and then the option to continue or troubleshoot. Select Troubleshhot and then Advanced Startup. The computer will restart and give you a list of options. Select Safe Mode. From here you can backup your data. If the cause is a faulty driver, load Device Manager, find the respective device and press DEL to uninstall it. If prompted check the box to delete the faulty driver to prevent from reinstalling automatically. If the cause was some Windows Update try uninstalling the latest updates. Then restart and see if you can start in normal mode.

I don't think event ID 10016 will cause reboots but if you want to you can fix DistributedCOM Event ID 10016 error in Windows 11.

You stated this, "I don't want to lose my data as it was years' worth of collecting, documents, pictures, games, applications, saved work, you name it."

Do you have backups of your data? This is vitally important!

I am going to have to install windows 10 fresh install again. How do I do a backup using windows 11 all my applications and data that when I go back to windows 10 I just restore them and all return back to normal, all installed applications, all my datas return back to normal? Because I cannot revert back to windows 10 (by the way it just rebooted right now and restart right now while I was busy putting food for the cat). I need a fresh brand-new installation of windows 10 wiping everything clean. I am not going to use windows 11 again if I can help it.

There is no restore point for me. Only yesterday and that is because I attempted uninstall and reinstall of the driver.
