Solved Windows 11 major startup problem on my laptop

I have an hp envy I bought around 1 year ago for school. Recently I installed windows 11 on my PC which is around 4 or 5 years old and have been loving the experience. However when I installed it on my laptop I can sign in but it's almost like it's stuck loading things for initial startup for the desktop screen. The only thing I can access is task manager using the hotkey combo. I don't know what is causing this massive issue. I suspect it has to do with some of hps bloatware they have on it that I never got rid of but I can't delete it if I wanted to. Everything on task manager reads as normal for my device.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

any old hardware attached, does desktop just show a blank black image? could be a device being slow to respond to drivers at startup and slowing everything else down.

try safe mode and see if its any better

click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which)
PC will restart and load safe mode

would at least tell us if its drivers if it loads normal.
