Solved Windows 11 not copying everything properly to a flash drive?

It's finally going through chkdsk command and it found 1 undeleted folder. And it and it asked "convert folder to file? >Yes then it was just a tiny file and i added the same folder into the usb again. How it got corrupted i never know but this is what fixed it with chkdsk
So it's not dead. Just some sort of bad luck?

I would just buy a new one. Buy it from a good source. I've bought a few "No Names" and they die quite quickly

And, like others have said, buy another one, just to be on the safe side.
They are cheap. You can get a 3x 32GB flash drives for $19.

If you're interested, the chkdsk command dates all the way back to Microsoft's original DOS operating system on the original 1981 IBM PC. (That was my first PC!) You can see all the switches available in the command by typing chkdsk /? . It's interesting that /r actually runs the original /f switch.
