Windows 11 opens all windows in small size

Hello. Windows 11 opens all windows in small size (almost in minimize size) and each time I have to click on the "maximize" button to fully open windows.
How I fix this annoying default feature?

Manually resize the window by dragging its edges [instead of by clicking the maximise control] and it should adopt that new size when re-opened.

Resize the Windows then Ctrl+X to close, the X being the Close far right of title bar.
That saves the size and subsequent window should open in that size.
You will have to do that with each Window instance.
Most App windows respond to that, but not all.

L Shift+X also works.

That goes back decades through the various Windows versions.

I tried it before asking that question but my laptop forgets that after a system restart.
I need to do something more enduring.

Resolution is 1920x1080 , which is correct.

My laptop is Lenovo IdeaPad with 1080p display. Only bought for Forex trading and I know it's not a powerful system but this window size issue is annoying.

Make a backup or set a Restore Point

Open Regedit as Admin and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell

Then delete the keys Bags and BagsMRU and reboot.

This resets stored folder/window layouts.
