Windows 11 Pro SecurityHealthService.exe is corrupted

So after trying all the suggested resolutions I found searching the web to fix my Windows Security, I discovered after opening command prompt and running sfc /scannow and then checking the CBS.log that the SecurityHealthService.exe is corrupted and sfc / scannow was unable to fix it. A part from doing a fresh install (that would be my last resort). Do you think if replacing the SecurityHealthService.exe within the System32 folder could solve my issue? If so, can someone who's on Windows 11 grab it from the System32 folder and share it so I can download it and try?

A search within the Windows folder showed me several ocurrences of that file, in folder WinSxs, all of them about 137k file size.
Maybe you try one of them. Or someone here knows a more direct way, eg extracting it straight from the ISO.

However, IMHO you cannot copy this directly into the system32, as SecurityHealthService.exe is a locked system file. So you have to go through the Windows Recovery environment and try to do that within a cmd window. Tricky! And success not guranteed.

One more idea, try to scan SecurityHealthService.exe with Defender, maybe that will tell you the cause for corruption. Not sure if Defender can also attempt a repair.

Execute dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth command and when Dism command finish execute Sfc /scannow command again.

So I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and the sfc /scannow as FreeBooter mentioned, once the sfc /scannow now was completed it did say it found corrupt files and fixed them, but sadly Windows Security is still showing a blank screen when I launch it. I aslo launched Powershell as administrator and ran: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage. Still showing blank screen after that. I also launch Task Manager and noticed that SecurityHealthService is stopped and I can't get it to start.

I'm unable to do that as when I try it via bootable USB, I get a message that Secure Boot needs to be enabled, I installed Windows 11 on an unsupported laptop, all works without issue except Windows Security. I tried the registry hacks to bypass the requirements but it seems that the BypassSecureBoot hack doesn't work if Windows 11 is already installed, unless I need to add a registry key somewhere else in the registry.

Click on Windows Start on the taskbar, then search for ‘Windows Security‘ in the search box. Then right-click on the Windows Security app from the relevant result and click Apps settings. You will see the options to Reset or Repair.

I had tried that, and just did the Repair and Reset again, it didn't fix the issue.

I tried that way as well, that's what is giving me the message that I can't install because Secure Boot is not enabled

Are you running an Official version of W11? I heard there were a few badly patched ISOs around.

Yes I had downloaded it directly from Microsoft.

I finally got my Windows Security up and running by reinstalling Windows 11 again over my previous Windows 11 installation. I used NTLite app to remove the Windows 11 requirements. All is working now. Thanks to all that tried to help me get this resolved.
