Solved Windows 11 reinstall an update after restarting every time

There is an update which every time i restart windows it reinstall automatically or even when i press "check for updates", i tried to pause/unpause updates but it didn't work, the update still is here, how can i fix it? (btw the update takes 1 second to install)

well i fixed it by going to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and deleting the update from there, (i used a program to view when the update was installed) and i deleted the right folder, i reinstalled the update and now is not popping up anymore
