Windows 11 Supported CPU list.

I've been playing around with Windows computers for 20 years now... I haven't ever seen those kinds of Certificate of errors before. What I could find online is something concerning Wi-Fi extenders. The person was trying to install ASUS Armory Crate and it too generated the same exact error as your machine. Unfortunately, no solution was listed, but they suggested using an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi and see if that helps.
Here's the link if you'd like to read it...
SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for WORKGROUP\DESKTOP Failed
I've been playing around with PC's for 47 years and started into computers when I was six years old - I've never seen anything like it either. The item regarding Wi-Fi extenders has to be bogus as there is no way it's a corrupt package issue via the way it was transferred as those files are compressed and if they were not correct would not decompress. The installation of software causing issues is suggesting that there is a lookup service on the internet for which the HTTP requests are malformed or incorrect. I tried copying one into a web browser and got told it was missing the style sheet information and it gave me an error 404 - file not found, that suggests that the URL is wrong.

I only see one solution and that is for the responsible party to correctly configure the server, the issue isn't our end as far as I can tell it's theirs.

O.K Bit of an update, I was speaking to a MS Tech today with regards to another issue on another PC and asked about this, as far as he is aware looking at the list they have quietly dropped Threadripper 29xx support, he has no idea however if having a discrete TPM will make any difference.
I have a discrete TPM coming which should arrive in a couple of days so I will backup my Threadripper which is running Windows 10 22H2 without issue and try Installing Windows 11 22H2 with the discrete TPM, if that still fails ill try some earlier versions with the discrete TPM and see what happens... Either way I think MS needs to be explaining to people why it's been dropped.

I have a Threadripper Pro 3945WX… I do find it odd Microsoft dropping it as a supported CPU. Lenovo still sells the P620 with TR Pro 3945WX and Windows 11 Pro installed. I could be wrong… it does seem odd to sell a new Windows 11 computer with unsupported hardware installed. But… that’s my opinion, Microsoft has own ideas about what it likes and what it doesn’t.

Well funnily enough my new laptop is Windows 11 and came pre installed as much and I am having some issues along the same lines. -\ don't quite know what to make of this but hopefully the discrete TPM will provide some answers.

I haven't had any issues with my AMD CPU... it's been a very solid performer. Unfortunately, I have had very bad luck with AMD GPUs... probably more the drivers than anything. I do feel Microsoft has an Intel bias anyhow... just my opinion.
