During the Microsoft Special Event, Microsoft announced Windows 11 version 23H2 will be available September 26, 2023 as a free update.

This will be an optional C update for Windows 11 version 22H2 coming September 26, 2023 at 10 AM CST / 12 PM CST. You will automatically get this update if you have Get the latest updates as soon as they're available turned on. If turned off, it'll be available as an optional update.

Windows 11 version 23H2 won't be available until October 2023 (Q4).

You were is No way helping me. I understand that there is something wrong. I am getting to 22621.2361 but without any AI and I am now back to 22621.2283 where I will stay. Something is amiss and telling me that I don't understand is in effect telling me I am Stupid. I will now ignore you. Have a nice life!

I got all these features except Windows Copilot, even though my region is set to United States.

I also tried activating it via ViveTool, and via registry, but it's still missing.

Is there additional workaround to activate Windows Copilot?

So as you can see, everything seems to be OK, but I'm only missing Copilot and all the other features are available.

I tried this registry hack and ViveTool activation, but it won't show at all.

Copilot uses Edge and Bing components. Did you disable any of that or delete any of that? I would also undo all of the Vivetool hacks, they may now conflict.

I didn't temper with any of apps and services, it is so weird to be honest.

Only ViveTool hack that I used is this after installing cumulative update.

I'm living in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but my region was set to United States.

Now I've removed all language settings for additional Bosnian language, removed ShowCopilotButton from registry, disabled hack from ViveTool, and deinstalled cumulative update, and also I've signed in Edge and other Microsoft apps with my Microsoft account.

Cumulative update is installing once again, and I will check if it will enable Copilot this time.

Got the KB5030310 update Version 22H2 Build 22621.2361 but no Copilot. Did get the Windows Backup but it will be of no use to me as I do not use OneDrive.

I'm certainly not getting 23H2 and I have "get the latest updates as soon as they're available" turned on. . . I'm not on Dev either.
