Windows RE Partition Problems

Well i followed the insructions i have for recreating one as when i resized my C drive on PC 2 Gaming Laptop i accidently made it at first 150GB, got it down to 2048 now, and everytime i go in diskpart to enter format quick fs=ntfs Label="WinRE" it says parameter is incorrect.

I even copied and pasted it 5-6 times from Co-Pilot

I'm about to just reformat the entire Laptop and be done with this for good

Originally wanted to resize it since Macrium Reflect X said it was too small of a partition at 1GB something
