windows 11 Voice Typing issue

Transcription from voice to text on any app has always worked by pressing Windows logo key + H.

I have a DELL and since I deactivated the "support assist agent" service .. the Voice Typing of w11 no longer works .. when I open it it gives this error:

You are not connected to the internet. Please check your connection and try again.

I've never known of a Windows function depending of a manufacturer app in order to work so can't understand what Support Assist has to do with it. Do you have speech turned on in settings-privacy & security-speech? I don't know what app you are using speech-to-text in, but certain apps require this setting for speech to work. Some apps do not. Also make sure that whatever app you are using has access to your mocrophone. Settings-privacy & security-microphone.

Just checked. Any app has access to the microphone ..

Apparently it is a Server error at Microsoft. Other Users have already reported the issue. You can send Feedback to Microsoft via the Feedback Hub on Windows 11, if you wish. Nothing to do with your Dell service agent deactivation - that is merely a coincidence.

As @glasskuter says, it's not a problem with your Dell; it's a Microsoft problem . . . I've had the problem since this morning.

Hey, folks! I think I may have found the problem with voice typing . . . This morning, I installed:
Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.373.1292.0)
Which shows as successfully installed on August 31, 2022!
Have any of you having issues installed this update?

Also, the following KBs were successfully installed on August 30, 2022.

The feedback hub said I didn't include enough info, but I gave it all info given to me.

FYI, I dual boot and my Insider version of Windows 11 (voice typing) works just fine.
