I've been using a few, notably the Copy to folder and Move to folder on the right-click context menu of a file or folder. Since I need to see what my clients see I don't do much customization.

Yes, I use Option 3 in that tutorial you referenced. So far I have not had any problem using the 10 hacks in 11. This forum has a searchable tutorial index. I always go there first to find what I need.

Are the registry hacks in tenforums valid for Windows 11 or this a new education?
In general, yes. MS tend to add new functions to the registry rather than re-write old ones. I use this one on all my W11 machines.
Brink is working his way through the TF tutorials and putting them up here too, for the most part only having to change the names and screenshots from '10' to '11'.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

When I'm setting up Win-11, I use the same .reg and .vbs scripts to alter registry settings, that I use on Win-8.1, and 10. The results are always the same. Seems like the last three OS's have more in common than they do in difference. I use the same setup scripts in all three.
EXCEPT (there are always exceptions to every rule) I have a little .vbs file, that when run, forces a new restore point to be created.
I set it up to run from the STARTUP folder.
It was written specifically for Win-10, so to get it to work with Win-11 I had to do a little editing in Notepad. I had to change all the 10's in the script to 11's, and then the script worked just fine in Windows 11. Easy, if you know where to look. Eh?
