So, the Weather Widget is no longer showing in the bottom left hand corner. Yes, the widget is turned on. . It's just showing a white/blue square default image. Any ideas?

When you hover over the widget do you get the slide-up? Look at the top right corner for the circular arrow to refresh it, usually works for me.

Yeah, it slides up, but it should also just show the temperature at the bottom left, that way I don't have to hover over it.

That can happen. The cause is obsure, do this:
  • Right-click Start>Windows Powershell(admin).
  • Type the following command to remove traces of the Windows web experience pack: winget uninstall "windows web experience pack" (if winget does not work, go to the store and get APP Installer)
    • When it is done, go to the following page: Windows Web Experience pack from Microsoft Store.
    • Click Get>Install.
    • When the installation is complete, restart your computer and see if the issue is resolved.

Tried that just now. . Nothing works. . Windows Web Experience pack is installed but won't open or anything.

Several weeks. I just haven't had time to mess with it until now. Yeah i've tried to disable/enable as well. . . I really don't want to do a complete Fresh Windows Install for one little problem. . lol

Try to see if any corruption exists, in elevated command prompt type sfc /scannow ,let us know find corruption.

SFC is not good for that , it only checks for file system error.
Use DISM from cmd as admin:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
if no corruption, then not much you can do, if it says it is repairable you do
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
