Yes another pc here no problem with that version either.
Also fine on my VirtualBox install.

Perhaps something you have installed is conflicting with clock.

Does the classic version open?

Start > run > control date/time

Yep, works. The clock in the taskbar works too. It's just the app won't work if I try focus session, timer or alarm.
